純正クランクプーリーのダンパー劣化、破損の問題を解決すべく開発したクランクプーリーです。純正クランクプーリーのダンパーはゴム製で経年劣化により、振動、最悪はプーリー本体が外れてしまうケースも珍しくありません。
超ジュラルミンで高精度な加工精度により大幅な軽量化に成功。純正4400ｇに対し700ｇと超軽量です。
同時に若干の小径化を施すことによりオルタネーターやエアコンコンプレッサーのオーバーレヴを防止。
ロス馬力の低減と大幅なレスポンスアップを体感していただけます。
オルタネータ用プーリーおよび強化ベルトを付属しました。締め付けトルクは12kです。

【注意】現在、強化ファンベルト廃版のため通常のファンベルトとなります。

Commodity explanation

The damper deterioration of original crank pulley was developed in order to solve the corruption problem. The original damper crank pulley aging in rubber and vibration is worst but not an uncommon problem that deviates from the pulley body. Successful significant weight reduction by high-precision machining accuracy at ultra-duralumin. The genuine 4400g for it is 700g and is ultra lightweight.

Prevent Obarevu of alternator and air conditioning compressor by simultaneously applying a slightly smaller diameter. You will be able to experience the reduction and a significant response in loss of horsepower. I've included a pulley and reinforcing belt for an alternator. The tightening torque is 12k.
